Real Reviews from Real Patrons*

"Excellent, thought provoking and flawlessly executed. Well done cast, directors, sound and lighting. A must see!" ~ Fiona Brennan

"Don't miss Water Ways at Cleveland Public Theater, what CPT and Oberlin have put together is amazing." ~ Judi Feniger

Playing January 24 - February 4
Water Ways
Created in partnership with Oberlin College and Conservatory
By Oberlin College and Conservatory students under the guidance of Oberlin faculty and CPT's Raymond Bobgan and Chris Seibert

In Water Ways, controversy over water rights breaks out in an arid land when a new well is a failure - it is dry. Suddenly, the community is confronted by fantastic water spirits who have lost their power. As the spirits reach out, the community must once again find their reverence for water and make sacrifices in order for hope to rise again.

Water Ways was developed as a partnership with Oberlin College and Conservatory's OASIS program, an innovative approach to learning and cross-departmental collaboration. Students come from multiple majors including Creative Writing, Dance, Technology in Music and Related Arts, Music, and Cinema Studies.
