This weekend Cleveland Public Theatre's Big Box Series features a mixed-media, roots music, dance opera!

January 31 - February 2

The World Above Us
Created by Greg D'Alessio
A story with songs, movies, paintings, poetry, dance and actors, The World Above Us is set mostly in Cleveland and follows four generations of women visited by angels, but not necessarily the nice kind of angels.

This mixed-media roots music dance opera will feature:

Songs by Charlie Cheney, Greg D'Alessio and Quinn Sands
Dance by Antaeus Dance and Amy Compton
Paintings by John A. Sargent III
Photography by Mark Slankard
