Come hear about EMMA GATEWOOD, the Appalachian Trail's FIRST female thru-hiker on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. Emma's story will inspire everyone.  She made this amazing hike in 1955 at the age of 67 after raising 11 children and surviving domestic abuse! The Berea Business and Professional Women will host this program at their March meeting at The Colony Room at Baldwin-Wallace University; 120 E Grand St. in Berea, Ohio. The dinner is open to the public. Tickets are $18.00 (checks may be mailed to Berea Business and Professional Women; P.O. Box 95; Berea, Ohio 44017).
