Part-time Helpers to assist in an Apparel Screen-print Company for the upcoming 2013 Season. 


Location is East End - Chagrin Falls area (tad more east). Munn Road and East Washington area. 

Requirements:

1) Must have reliable transportation as we are located semi-rural. There are no buses or taxi's. 

2) Must be comfortable with driving in snow as we do get Lake effect weather and do work snow days.  Beautiful area spring to fall. Pain in the winter!
 
3) Must be available to work very early mornings til about 3-4pm. Monday thru Sunday if needed. (You do not have to be available everyday but we do require you during daytime hours as above.)

4) Be extremely detail oriented and able to quality control. (Please no "head in the cloud" persona) - Further as you will be quality controlling artwork on garments - it is imperative that you can "see" properly with or without visioncare at a close distance. 

5) Be able to lift 50lb boxes comfortably or be able to twist, turn, bend repetitively with ease. 

6) Be comfortable working in a heated environment as apparel dryers do heat up a room.

7) Be comfortable with getting ink under your nails or on your work clothes. This is not the job for anyone "prissy" or a "neat and tidy". 

8) Have a good work ethic and overall "UP" disposition. We are bohemian type Owners/Artists who love to work and have fun while we are working. 

9) Be a person of integrity and good character. Honest and trustworthy. You must have a "clean slate" and a relatively neat appearence. 

10) Able to work in a fast paced environment and be comfortable with shifting tasks. 

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Production Team - Setting up and Breaking down apparel press. Taking garments off press during production, laying them on dryer belt. Picking garments off belt and placing them on table. Counting stock in. Counting and boxing stock going out. Taping screens. Quality Control at the press. 
Cleaning ink out of screens. Loading and Unloading vehicles. 

This is a commercial/industrial/production environment. Would be ideal for someone with Military or similiar type background. 

Those who show a "knack" for the business maybe asked to clean and prep screens - shoot screens. This is a very important job, yet a grungy task. 

Positions are available now. Pay Rate is $10.00 per hour to start.
Can evolve into a Full-time position for the right candidate.
