Theater Ninjas is remounting 2011's The Excavation in conjunction with Cleveland Museum of Art's newest exhibition The Last Days of Pompeii: Decadence, Apocalypse, Resurrection

     The Theater Ninjas are on loan to the museum! Witness the first performance in a series of The Excavation: a theatrical examination of the life, death and resurrection of Pompeii. Routed in the idea that human beings are frequently, blindingly, joyously wrong about most everything, this performance series seeks to understand people’s need to make sense of tragedy – artists, scientists, historians, curators, visitors – everyone who has been drawn to the story of the city destroyed by mount Vesuvius in 79 AD

     This first performance is included in the cost of entry into CMA's MIXup: Apocalypse, which includes unlimited access to the exhibition and musical performance by Teengirl Fantasy

     In addition to this and other performances, the Ninjas will be presenting an interactive theatrical experience in the exhibition on "Ninja Days" - Fridays and Sundays starting March 8th (3-7pm Fridays, 12-4pm Sundays).
