The golden age of radio comes to the Arts Center for One Weekend!

Once upon a time, before the invention of television, radio ruled the air. Return to those thrilling days of yesteryear at the Ashtabula Arts Center as the G.B. Community Theatre presents "An Evening of One Acts" featuring old-time radio shows brought to life right before your eyes. These short vignettes, written in the forties and fifties, will appeal to everyone's taste. There is Sci-Fi, romance, comedy and political commentary, sure to bring a nostalgic smile to the faces of all who remember those times. And for those who never heard the old radio shows, this is a perfect opportunity to see and hear what all the excitement was about.

"An Evening of One Acts" is directed by Marti Milliken Dixon and will be at the Ashtabula Arts Center stage for one weekend only: March 1, 2 and 3. Friday and Saturday shows at 8 p.m., Sunday show at 2 p.m. Special ticket prices for this production are $12 adults and $11 Seniors/Students and Children $9 at the door. However, you can save $2 per ticket when you purchase tickets in advance. Advance sale tickets must be purchased prior to 4 p.m. on Friday or by noon on Saturday for the Saturday or Sunday performances. For tickets or more information call the Ashtabula Arts Center at (440) 964-3396.

The Ashtabula Arts Center is funded in part by the Ohio Arts Council.
