When Mama dies while having an affair at a seedy motel, scandal erupts and
the closets empty all their skeletons. It's a hot, hot summer in Winters
Texas where family and friends sip iced tea, purge their sordid secrets,
and visit Bubba's for a beer in this side-splitting comedy about truth and
consequences. Sissy's tryin' to quit smokin', Latrelle is fit to be tied,
and LaVonda wants to bring Brother Boy home from the institution for Mama's
funeral.
