AUDITION NOTICE

Dobama Theatre. 2340 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights. Seeking actors of all ages
for the 35th Annual Marilyn Bianchi Kids' Playwriting Festival and Dobama
Young Playwrights Competition. Saturday, April 20th from 11am-2pm for actors
grades 3-12. Sunday, April 21st from 2pm-5pm for Adult actors. Sides
provided. By appointment only. Email auditions at dobama.org There are no AEA
contracts available for this production. Performances: June 6-9; Rehearsals
begin: May 4th.

MARILYN BIANCHI KIDS' PLAYWRITING FESTIVAL



A Dobama tradition, the Marilyn Bianchi Kids' Playwriting Festival (MBKPF)
celebrates its 35th year this season!  Hundreds of plays are written and
submitted by kids throughout Cuyahoga County, grades 1 - 12.  Dedicated to
the memory of Marilyn Bianchi, the festival is the nation's first event of
its kind, encouraging kids to celebrate the fun and joy of live theatre!

Our Mission:
To identify, cultivate, promote, and motivate young playwrights in the
pre-professional phase of their careers through the process of working with
theatre professionals and the experience of seeing their words come to life
on stage in a professional production.
