WordStage, a Chamber Music Theater, presents "The Hollow Crown" - a lively evening of wit, wisdom, follies and foibles of the British Monarchy from William the Conqueror through Queen Victoria.  The texts are based on the monarchs own letters, diaries, poetry and prose and that of their contemporary chroniclers, accompanied by music and songs of their respective periods.

Developed by John Barton as an entertainment for the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts - WordStage's adaptation of "The Hollow Crown"  features the talents of readers Agnes Herrmann and Tim Tavcar and musicians  baritone Marl Wanich and pianist Adam Whiting.

Performances will be at 8:00pm on Friday, April 5th  at the West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church - 20401 Hilliard Blvd. in Rocky River and 8:00pm Saturday, April 6th at the First Unitarian Church  - 21600 Shaker Blvd. at Belvoir in Shaker Heights. Admission is $15.00 but WordStage maintains a 'Pay What You Can" policy to help make its performances accessible to as many patrons who are interested in attending as possible.
