Strongsville Community Theatre announces auditions for the fall 
production of


           "Bye Bye Birdie."

We are looking for teens and adults -- this is a large cast!Readings 
will be done from the script.Those auditioning are asked to come 
prepared to sing 32 bars of music in the style of the show that will 
best display their vocal ability.An accompanist will be provided.

"Bye Bye Birdie" is the one of the most captivating musicals of our 
time. "Birdie" tells the story of a rock and roll singer who is about to 
be drafted into the Army. In one final publicity tour, Birdie arrives in 
Sweet Apple, Ohio causing the quiet little town to go into a spin! It is 
a show that will be enjoyed by its cast as much as the audience.

There are roles for many actors of all ages...speaking, non-speaking, 
singing and non-singing, dancing and not!

Auditions will be Sunday, July 28^th (2-5 p.m.) and Monday, July 29^th 
(6-8:30 p.m.) at the Strongsville Senior Center-- 18100 Royalton Road 
(behind the Target Plaza).

Performance dates will be November 8-17, 2013.
