CLEVELAND PLAY HOUSE CASTING “SEXY GREETERS” FOR *VENUS IN FUR*



*Cleveland Play House* *(CPH)* is looking to cast non-Equity men and women
as “Sexy Greeters” for its environmental production of David Ives’ racy new
comedy, *Venus in Fur*, directed by Artistic Director Laura Kepley. All
roles are paid.



*Actors of all races, ethnicities, ages and sizes are encouraged to audition
*. Actors must be physically fit, have a good sense of humor, and be able
to playfully improvise with audience members. They will be responsible for
getting the audience “in the mood” as they arrive and are seated before the
show in the Second Stage Theatre of the Allen Theatre Complex. Actors must
be comfortable in close-fitting and tastefully revealing costumes.



Pay is $10-$15 an hour. Each performance call will be 2 hours, beginning 2
hours before curtain. Number of performances per week can vary as we are
casting multiple Sexy Greeters, though actors should be available for at
least 3 of the 7 performances each week. Actors will rehearse with the
director during tech week (10/27-31; times TBA). Performances are November
1st-24th, with a possible extension week.
