 Spotlights theater presents the family musical
"the adventures of mr. toad"
The Broadview Heights Spotlights Community Theater proudly announces its musical production of “The Adventures of Mr. Toad” by Piers Chater-Robinson.  This family-friendly show will be staged at the Cultural Arts Building on the Broadview Center campus, 9543 Broadview (behind the Police Station).  Show dates are November 8, 15, 16, & 22 at 7:00; November 9, 17, & 23 at 3:00.  Tickets are $13 for adults and $12 for children and seniors.  
Based on the popular book,“The Wind in the Willows”, by Kenneth Grahame, this musical tells the story of Mr. Toad and his animal friends who live a wonderful life in Toad Hall. Mr. Toad has a passion for speed, driving, and mischief! His slower-paced friends Mole, Rat, and Badger are constantly trying to keep him out of mischief. Finally, after stealing a car, Mr. Toad is thrown into jail. In his absence, the evil weasels take over Toad Hall. Now it is up to Mr. Toad to escape from jail and save the day!  
The show is directed by Mr. Tim Anderson and features a talented cast of adults, teens, and children: Adam Klusty, Maggie Majercik, Daniel Hunsicker, Gary Samarin, Lexi Frendak, Joy Fowler, Sharon Joyce, Kevin Brennan, Kylee Brubaker, and Michelle Misiak.  The children’s chorus includes Grace Auble, Delia Brennan, Kylee Brubaker, Gabby Dachtler, Lexi Frendak, Ava Hartmann, Rowan Hauer, and Amanda Misiak.
