[NEohioPAL] CWRU Dance Concert features work by Mark Morris

The Department Dance at Case Western Reserve University celebrates movement
and innovation by leading off the 2013-14 season with *Au Courant*, a
collection of new and revisited dance works.
*Au Courant* will be performed Nov. 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 at 8 p.m. and Nov. 3
at 2:30 p.m. at Mather Dance Center, 11201 Bellflower Rd., on the
university campus.

Mark Morris’ *Canonic 3/4 Studies*, and the return of Gary Galbraith’s
evocative *Remote Encounters*, headline this fall’s program. Also featured
will be two new works: *Veiled Tears* by department chair Karen Potter, and
*Inundation* choreographed by new faculty member and alumna Shannon Sterne.

Tickets are $5 for students, $7 for seniors and CWRU personnel, and $10 for
general admission. (Student discounts are not available for the Nov. 9
performance). Tickets may be reserved by calling (216) 368-5246. Tickets
are also available at Mather Dance Center before each performance.
