[NEohioPAL] Artist NEEDS Room to Rent ASAP

Hello,
	I’m a Cleveland Artist in need of a Room to RENT ASAP on the West Side of Cleveland. I’m very clean, quiet and respectful of other peoples spaces. I don’t need a huge room just so I’m able to use the kitchen etc. Being an artist I can’t afford very much—$200-300 a month tops but I’d gladly clean, do dishes, etc to make up for the price and hopefully keep it cheap. I’m an animal lover but NOT a vegan or vegetarian fyi. I usually work nights til 9-10pm so I won’t be around in the afternoons. Also, I’m an early 30’s, white male to be specific and a lover of the theatre so other artists or friends of artists would be preferred. Please get ahold of me asap at jensleepeterson at gmail.com.
