RED Company real.edge.dance is excited to announce that it will be offering Open Modern Dance Technique Classes on Saturdays in February 2014! Artistic Director, Kelli Sanford will conduct these classes. 

Saturdays
February 1st 12:30 pm-1:45 pm
February 8th 12:30 pm-1:45 pm
February 15th 12:30 pm-1:45 pm
February 22nd 2:15 pm-3:30 pm
Each class is only $10.00 per person. 
Location: 788 West Market Street, Akron, Ohio (Studio of Martell School of Dance/Highland Square)

Physique Kinetics would like to announce that it will be offering Open Group Pilates Mat Classes to the community on
Fridays from 12:00-12:45 pm during the months of January-April 2014! 

Next Class January 31st 2014
Each class is only $15.00 per participant/per class. 
No registration, walk-in basis. 
Location: 788 West Market Street, Akron Ohio (Highland Square)

Physique Kinetics is owned by Certified Pilates Mat Instructor, Kelli Sanford (Artistic Director of RED Company real.edge.dance).  The benefits gained from Pilates training include: building foundational core strength, increased flexibility, increased proper body alignment, increased confidence and energy, and the beautiful body sculpting effect on creating long, lean, healthy muscles. These classes are excellent for individuals of all ages, men, women, the beginner to the advance athlete, dancers, gymnasts, and the workout fanatic .
