[NEohioPAL] Self Defense Class for Women

Hello and Happy New Year!


I just wanted to make you aware of some awesome training that my husband, Jim Marzullo, is teaching in Aurora as part of their Parks and 
Recreation Department's line up of winter classes/events. I've taken this 
training and it's amazing what you will learn about defending yourself 
if someone attacks you. You may say "That would never happen to me", but think about the places you are throughout the day. You want to be ready at a moment's notice in order to save yourself from an attack.

Taught in a 'hands on' format, you will learn the "Escape To Gain Safety" 
technique. These techniques are very effective and covers a variety of 
attack modes. Class sizes are small, so you will get ample opportunity to practice the techniques.

Interest and look for the Self Defense Class entry. (They are in 
alphabetical order.) No need to be a resident of Aurora. This is open to all.

Please pass this on to all the women in your life and take the class together! This class is especially helpful to real estate agents and young women 
heading off to college, however, any woman can benefit from this class.

The next session is Saturday, February 8th from 10:30am to 1:30pm.
