[NEohioPAL] Open call to dancers - paid projects

MorrisonDance is seeking one or two MALE or FEMALE dancers for several 
upcoming projects through the spring, summer and fall. Those who are 
selected will be compensated on a “per project” commitment. 
Pre-professional students may be considered for an internship position 
with a stipend.

In line with MorrisonDance’s goal to synthesize a breadth of dance 
styles together, auditioning performers may have experience in any 
movement style; however, training in ballet, modern, and/or jazz 
techniques is preferred. Performers must be 18 or older and have prior 
performance experience. The projects will be heavily rooted in 
contemporary techniques, site-specific interactions, improvisation, and 
nontraditional partnering.

Performers will be required to attend weekly rehearsals, and must have 
availability for the following days/times (please bring your calendar to 
the audition):

Monday, March 24 all day (tentative)
Thursday, May 8th evening rehearsal
Friday, May 9th morning/daytime performance
Saturday, July 18th evening performance

Several festival appearances will be scheduled for weekends in July, 
August, and September.
