Arts and Culture Roundtable to focus on Creativity in Aging
March 28, 8:30 a.m., at the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging
 

CLEVELAND ­ The Community Partnership for Arts and Culture (CPAC) will
convene members of the arts and
culture community, health community and other interested parties on March
28, at the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. The Arts and Culture
Roundtable will feature a presentation by Linda Noelker on the subject of
Creativity in Aging; "Helping Older Adults Stay Healthy: The Benefits of
Arts
Participation."  Dr. Noelker has been doing research on aging for many
years and her interest is in creativity and aging, more specifically, the
scientific evidence of the health benefits of
older adults¹ participation in creative and performing arts programs.

CPAC facilitates the Arts and Culture Roundtable as a way for
representatives from the arts and culture community to come together
around common issues, concerns and solutions.  Registration will begin at
8 a.m. The presentation will start at 8:30 a.m., including questions and
discussion, and will end at 10
a.m. Questions will be accepted ahead of time to our Creative Compass
