NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Class Time: Fridays, 9:45-11AM (beginning Friday, April 4th)
Class Title: Yoga with Deb, "Gentle Core"



"Enjoy an uplifting & nourishing blend of gentle movement (using props as
necessary) with core exploration, strengthening and awareness.  Discover
your own unique power center and how to use it for both physical as well as
emotional wellness both on and off the mat. Excellent for all levels include
those with lower back issues, post-natal students, beginners, those with
health conditions and seasoned yogis.  All levels are welcome."
