*Tuesday May 20th, 7:00- 10:00*

*Saturday, May 24th at 12pm (Callbacks)*

*Location: *The Cassidy Theatre, 6200 Pearl Road, Parma Hts, OH 44130 (In
the Greenbrier Commons, behind the Police Station)


*Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.*

*Bring a headshot and resume if available.

* Rehearsals will begin June 16th and will be held 3-4 evenings each week.
All actors will not be called for all rehearsals.

**There will not be rehearsal July 1st - 6th**


Show Info: *The Seven Year Itch *runs August 8th through August 24th, 2014.

Performances are Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 3:00 pm.

*Show Synopsis*- Richard Sherman roams restlessly, bemoaning the fact that
his wife of seven years, and their son, have just walked out on him. An
accident at home nearly puts him out of his misery permanently. This
jarring event has a strange effect on Richard. He now sees his marriage as
wasted time and feels it necessary to exercise his libido as quickly as
possible. Suddenly reborn, he invites the delectable doll who lives on the
floor above down for an evening of temptation. A soul-struggle of heroic
and hilarious proportions ensues.

*Richard Sherman*-  (male, 30s-40s) A middle-manager at a publishing company

*Helen Sherman*-  (female, 30s-40s) Richards wife

*Ricky Sherman*-  (male, 7-12) The Sherman’s son

*The Girl*-  (female, 20s – early 30s) Richards new upstairs neighbor, an
actress/model
*Miss Morris* -  (female, 20s – early 30s) A provocative stenographer at
Richard’s office
*Elaine* -  (female, 30s-50s) An older, attractive friend of Helen’s
*Marie Whatever-Her-Name-Was* -  (female, 20s – early 30s) A French girl
from the U.N. (French accent preferred)

*Pat*- (female, 20s-40s) Neighbor whose terrace is across from the Sherman’s
*Tom Mackenzie* - (male, 30s-40s) A handsome writer acquaintance of Richard
and Helen
*Dr. Brubaker* - (40s +) A Psychiatrist client from Richards publishing
company
