Find your inner child on stage this summer by auditioning for *Big, the
Musical* at TrueNorth Cultural Arts. Remember how much fun it was to dance,
sing, and play on stage when you were a kid? You can experience all of that
fun and more by performing in this summer blockbuster musical. Based on the
classic 1987 motion picture that starred a young Tom Hanks. When frustrated
adolescent Josh Baskin wishes he were 'big' and wakes up the next morning a
30-year-old man, he discovers there’s much more to being an adult than he’s
bargained for and learns we must all grow up at our own pace, in our own
time. *Big *was the winner of numerous awards including four Tony Awards
and ten Drama Desk Awards. Director Russ Stich is looking for kids and
"kids at heart" to round out the cast.
