The Dover Players community theater group is presenting the entertaining
comedy, Jake's Revenge, a sequel to the 2010 comedy, Jake's Dilemma, both
written by local playwright Gregory J. Lavelle.  All scenes take place in
Jake's Diner, near Supai, Arizona, thirty-five miles from civilization, near
the border of the Twilight Zone.

Jake's Revenge 

 

Synopsis: Jake's Revenge, sequel to the award-winning Jake's Dilemma, is a
comedy that takes place in Jake's Diner in the middle of nowhere in Arizona.
It is a story about a paranoid old man, Jake, who determines to reap his
revenge against a couple of "aliens" named Mary and Joseph who escaped his
clutches and left him duct-taped to a chair.

(There is a brief intermission for each performance when light refreshments

NOTE: The Old Town Hall is located just south of the intersection of Dover
Center Road (runs North and South) and Lorain Avenue (runs East and West) in
North Olmsted. As you travel south on Dover Center Road you will pass the
Police Station on the right. The Old Town Hall is the small building between
the Police Station and City Hall. You may park in the lot to the left of the
Old Town Hall building. 

 

Cost 

Admission is FREE, first come, first serve.
