Few artists are as storied as the legendary composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim.  And few stories about his 50-plus year career are better told than the 2014 Peabody Award-winning HBO documentary, "Six by Sondheim."  

  

The task of rummaging through over 100 hours of archival footage and integrating six songs that best define Sondheim's body of work into the selected images and interviews for this documentary fell onto the desk of editor Miky Wolf.  

 

Wolf works at Big Sky Edit in New York City, but he was raised in University Heights, attended Solomon Schechter day school and then transferred to University School (Class of 1992) in Hunting Valley.  Wolf was in town promoting the documentary at the Chagrin Arts' Chautauqua-in-Chagrin program, which is where the Cleveland Jewish News caught up with him.
