[NEohioPAL] Ohio residents working in TX?

Has anyone ever done a show in Texas? My son is scheduled to do a tour
originating in Dallas, and there seems to be some glitch about Workers'
Compensation rules between Oho and other states. Has anyone ever
encountered this, and how did you overcome it without signing a waiver of
your right to sue if you are hurt on the job?
