The MLS Theatre Company of Amherst Steele High School is opening their 2014-2015 season with 
 the tremendously entertaining Play On!.

Amherst, Ohio - Play On! a comedy by Rick Abbot

presented with special permission by Samuel French, Inc. 

The show dates are November 13, 14, 15, 21 and 22 at 7:00 p.m.

All performances are held in the Amherst Steele High School cafetorium.

Tickets will be sold at the door: $3 for thespians and senior citizens, $5 for students, and $7 for general admission.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

There is also comfortable Priority Seating available (Front Row: $12.00 and Second Row: $10.00).

Written by Rick Abbot in 1980, Play On! is the hilarious story of a theatre group trying desperately to put on a play in spite of maddening interference from a haughty author who keeps revising the script. Act I is a rehearsal of the dreadful show, Act II is the near disastrous dress rehearsal, and the final act is the actual performance in which anything that can go wrong does. The audience is treated to a madcap climax to a thoroughly hilarious romp. Even the sound effects reap their share of laughter. Rated PG.
   
The MLS Theatre Company is a student-run organization. Every student involved in the productions is between the ages 14-18. Each year, three shows are put on for the public.
