Dear All,

The Kent State Trumbull Theatre is excited to announce auditions for its
Spring 2016 Production, "The Children's Hour" by Lillian Hellman.

Set in a girl's school around the turn of the century, "The Children's
Hour" explores the power of a lie. A malicious pupil fabricates a rumour
about her teachers. Rumour grows into scandal and scandal into tragedy
when the young woman sticks by her story. "The Children's Hour" is a
serious play noted for its keen psychological insight, it helped to make
Lillian Hellman a household name.

We are looking for 12 women and 2 men. Auditions will consist of cold
readings from the script. Auditions are open to the public.

Show dates are March 11-13 & 18-20.

For additional information, please contact Professor Kildow
(ekildow at kent.edu) or call the Box Office.
