*Production title:* 216Teens Video Campaign

*Casting:  *We are looking for young adults, ages 13-19 who are
representative of Cuyahoga County’s diverse teen population to read simple
scripts, participate in some guided conversations, and answer some basic
questions about sexual health and pregnancy prevention. Participants will
not be asked to share any personal information about sexual health or
pregnancy prevention practices.

*Production Type:* Commercial for use online, movie theater advertising

*Project length:* A series of short videos ranging: 30 seconds - 2 minutes

*Compensation:* Yes

*Project Description:*

On behalf of The Fairmount Group and the Cuyahoga Board of Health,
Sugarbowl Creative is casting for the 216Teens video marketing campaign (
http://216teens.org/). 216Teens is the Cuyahoga County Board of Health's
social marketing campaign to prevent pregnancy and STDs among teens
throughout the county. We seek to educate and motivate teens ages 14 to 19
to avoid sexual health risks and to utilize trusted local healthcare
services and resources. This video series will help us introduce the
campaign to local teens, adult allies, and community groups.

*Auditions Due:* *4/15/17 at 9pm*

*Audition Instructions:* Use *one* of the prompts below to record a
60-second (or less) cell phone video of yourself.  Make sure you are well
lit in the video (use natural daylight) and that it is quiet in the room
you are recording in. Fill the frame with your face so we can see you
clearly.  At the start of the video, state your your name (first, last),
your age, and (if applicable) your school.
Submit the video and a still photo of yourself to
hello at sugarbowlcreative.com through wetransfer.com ASAP!  *Put “216Teens:
Your First/Last Name Audition” in the subject line of your e-mail*. Include
your name, email and phone number along with your video and still images
(we prefer .jpeg files).

*Prompts:*
1. What sex ed topics do you think most teens would like to know more
about?

2. Where do teens turn for trustworthy information about sexual health or
pregnancy prevention? Why?

3. What are some qualities you might find in a healthy relationship? What
about a relationship that is unhealthy?
