*NEW CLASS-**Novel Writing I – Anatomy of A Novel *

*Become the next bestseller! **If you have a passion for storytelling and a
love of writing, this beginner novel writing class is for you! Learn the
basic elements of a novel: Characters, Dialogue, Plot, Setting, Point of
View, and Length. You will also learn how to prepare a manuscript for
submissions to agents and publishers, how to write a synopsis, cover letter
and query letter, proper formatting and proofreading/editing skills. Come
ready to write. Bring paper, pencil, notebook, tablet or laptop. All
materials included in fee. Instructor, Idalita Raso Ages: 18+ (6 sessions,

*Novel Writing II: Building a Writer/Author Platform*

*Learn how to build your following before the book deal! In this class
participants will develop a Writer/Author Platform. You will learn how to
have visibility for your target audience, through the use of use of
personal and professional connections, media outlets (including blogs and
social media) that you can utilize to sell books. Ages 18 and up. All
materials included in fee.  **(6 sessions, 2 hours) $59  **June 20, 2017 –
August 1, 2017 **Tuesdays – 6:30 – 8:30 PM *

*Novel Writing III: Marketing Your Novel*

*Don’t wait until you’ve sold your novel to take this class. It’s never too
early to get started on your marketing plan for your book. In this class
participants will develop a marketing plan, which will include: creating
marketing materials, writing press releases, author bios and creating book
trailers. Ages 18 and up.  **All materials included in fee. (6 sessions, 2
hours) $59                            **August 15, 2017 - September 19,
2017  **Tuesdays – 6:30 – 8:30 PM*
