Based on the true story of a man from NE Ohio who overcameheroin addiction, HOW TO BE A RESPECTABLEJUNKIE is an award-winning play written by Greg Vovos and featuringChristopher Bohan*. It is a humorous, heartbreaking, but ultimately hopefullook into the struggles faced by those caught in heroin’s deadly grip. HTBARJ premieredat Dobama Theatre in the Summer of 2017 where it was directed by Nathan Mottaand played to sold-out audiences and received both critical and audienceacclaim, including a feature in the New York Times.

 

Now it returns for a onetime FREE performance. The 90-minute production will be followed by atalkback with the playwright, actor, and the man who inspired the play.
