Ohio Regional Music Arts and Cultural Outreach (ORMACO) opens the eighth
season of Jazz Under the Stars with Bobby Selvaggio on June 2, 2018 at 7pm
in Medina's Uptown Park gazebo. Director of the Jazz Studies program at
Kent State University, Selvaggio is one of the leading alto saxophone
voices on today's jazz scene. In the words of pianist Kenny Werner, "Bobby
is among the best of players out there," and legendary saxophonist Joe
Lovano praises Bobby by calling him "one of the few young saxophonists on
the scene today that captures you with his strong presence, focus and
sound."

Bring your lawn chairs, the family, picnics and blankets and enjoy an
evening of groovy, moody and swinging music! In the event of rain the
performance will held at the United Church of Christ, 217 East Liberty
Street, Medina, Ohio, 44256.
