*Studio 11: Ballet for Balance -6 week session begins March 20th*
*Wednesdays 7:15-8:15*

Want to learn more about the incredible discipline of ballet or refresh
your own movement practice?
Ballet for Balance uses the art and language of ballet to find balance and
increase flexibility. This class will incorporate stretching to increase
mobility in muscles and joints. Balance exercises will increase awareness
of proper body alignment during movement. Please wear comfortable socks or
ballet slippers. No previous experience required.

$72/session. Sign up with a friend and you each pay $54! Drop-ins also
welcome. You may wear comfortable clothes or dance attire. No experience
required.

Join us for these classes that guide little ones in learning proper ballet
fundamentals in a nurturing and imaginative environment. Dance classes
promote confidence, creativity, and self-esteem, and give children the
chance to learn while having fun! Class will culminate in a spring recital
performance.
