I teach a yoga class open to all, at Edgewater Beach by the willow tree
Mon-Fridays at 9:15am.  All are invited to attend and participate, it is
Astanga Yoga Basics.

half-Primary Series, offering modifications to suit beginners and
experienced yogis. Hands-on assists and adjustments will be offered to
those who wish. Followed by a snack provided by Awesome VeganTreats

Gather by the Willow Tree at 9am
Class begins 9:15am
Snacktime at 10:15/10:30am

Opening Invocation: (Call and Response)
3 Sun Salutation A
3 Sun Salutation B
Essential Standing Postures
Seated forward folding*
Seated binds and twists*
Navasana (boat pose)
back bends
inversions
lotus poses (final 3 poses)
Relaxation

*This practice will incorporate vinyasas between asanasBe safe and be
brilliant!
