After 2 years of sold-out performances, Co-Producers/Directors Alexandre Marr and Merissa Coleman return to BLU Jazz+ downtown Akron with the next installment of The Cabaret Project with performances on Saturday, December 28th at 7pm and 9:30pm. Singers will be backed with a full band, set in one of the city's most forward thinking music venues. Creative direction by Dominic Iudiciani.

**5 PAID vocalist roles available, to be determined based on auditions. All other selected performers will perform on a volunteer basis. Minimal rehearsal schedule, dependent on the availability of all selected singers.**

This year's STORM themed cabaret will feature music from all genres and eras revolving around the following ideas:

ELEMENTS | CHAOS | TEMPERATURE | CONFLICT | DESTRUCTION | CLIMATE | TURBULENCE

Auditions will be held on Sunday, October 27th from 2pm to 10pm in The Cascade Lofts at 21 W North St. Suite #105, Akron, OH 44304. Sign up for a 10 minute appointment at the Google Drive link below OR email contact at alexandremarr.com with your preference:

Please come to auditions prepared with up to 2 vocal selections and sheet music in the correct key for each. Please make sure your selections fit the theme. An accompanist will be provided. If you cannot find sheet music for your piece, please contact us in advance. For those of you having difficulty identifying selection(s) that resonate with the theme, a "Repertoire Ideas" tab is available on the Google Doc above for inspiration and direction. Please note that auditionees are not limited to these predetermined selections.

We look forward to seeing you at auditions, and cannot wait to dive into this incredible project.
