Have you ever wanted to play the villain in a campy melodrama where the villain loses in the end in a very comical way? Thought so.

Director John Hnat is looking for a “mature” actor to play the male lead, Artie Fischel, in “Milly Monka and the Salmon Cannery...or...There’s Something Fishy Going On” to be put on by the Playreaders of the Rocky River Senior Center. The play is a one-act send up of the old melodramas; in other words, a fun romp of a show,

Rehearsals are held 10 am to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays in October. Rehearsals will expand to three mornings in Novemeber, culminating in three performances (two matinees and one evening) on Thursday, November 21 and Friday November 22.
