[NEohioPAL] Looking for Black Composer

I am looking for a black composer who is interested in composing a musical
based on a well known book which I have obtained the permission to change
into a musical. The musical will be composed of hip hop, r&b and gospel
styles (please be familiar with all three styles and how to score them for
vocal and instrumental accuracy) If you are interested please contact
