Rubber City Theatre now in its 8th year and is seeking a Director of
Artistic Coordination. This is a part-time, non-exempt, position. Job
posting closes on 11/18/2020. Position will begin the week of 1/4/2021; but
might begin as early as 12/1/2020.

Duties:

   -

   Office:
   -

      Assemble and distribute contracts for guest artists for mainstage and
      education classes.
      -

      Collect all contracts and input in various systems.
      -

      Fundraising Board Committee liaison for Staff.
      -

      Handle travel and housing arrangements for out of town artists.
      -

      Assigned box office shifts during show runs.
      -

      Will assist with Social Media work for the company.
      -

   Education/Artistic:
   -

      Coordinate Casting calls and audition appointments.
      -

      Assist on casting days as the monitor and preparing materials for
      auditioners and auditionees.
      -

      Coordinate and oversee the Youth Conservatory program (Saturday
      morning classes and summer camps).
      -

   Other duties may be assigned pending the applicant's experience.


Qualifications: Experience working in an office environment. Ability to
lift 25 pounds. Use of Google Drive platform, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
PDF. Theatre or Arts teaching.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Non-Profit or Theatre
organization. Familiarity with Quickbooks and social media outlets.
Bachelors or higher degree.

Hours: Nights and Weekends availability. Flexible scheduling of hours with
the approval of the Executive Artistic Director. Average weekly hours at 16
hours per week to start.

Pay rate: $10.00 per hour.
