  *   Able to turn to camera and “break the 4th wall.”
  *   Good comic timing, good actor, believable, good presenter. Must be able to walk and talk, appear comfortable in his own skin. Confident.
  *   Talent will be portraying a prosperous, successful homeowner, presenting product features and benefits in his own home, with some energy and enthusiasm, and having a bit of fun doing it.
