CREATE YOUR OWN SHOW

William Roudebush, award winning director, teacher and writer, is offering an online ZOOM CLASS on the ONE PERSON SHOW beginning Wednesday, December 16th from 7 to 10pm for five consecutive weeks through Wednesday January 20th(Xmas week off)

IF YOU HAVE:

1.) Always wanted to create a show JUST FOR YOURSELF and don’t know how to get started.
2.) An idea you wish to develop and workshop.
3.) An idea already in development that you need feedback and continued development work on.
4.) Already developed your own show and you need to refine and rehearse what you have created.

This is the class for you.

If you are an actor who LOVES TO CREATE and you are locked down inside, now is the perfect opportunity to do something with this valuable time. When the theatre does come back, gradually, I believe the ONE PERSON SHOW will be in demand: Easy to social distance, inexpensive to produce and adaptable to almost any performing venue.

While you are waiting for someone to hire you, START CREATING YOUR OWN FUTURE.

Five sessions. Unlimited check-ins. Class size limited to five actor/writers.. $400

STAY SAFE!! STAY INDOORS!!

“ Bill did an incredible job helping me to create the spine of my solo show, in deciphering out the most relevant information and parts of the story that are conducive to a dramatic through line. He has also worked intensively with me in the story telling, to keep past events in an active present…a master” John Sannuto, Chair, Theatre Department, LONG ISLAND UNIVERSITY.

“ Bill is an excellent solo show teacher with immense skills, not just in writing, but in understanding how the show translates visually to the stage. I’ve learned a lot from this class…” Glory Kadigan, Artistic Director, Planet Connections Festival, NYC.

“William Roudebush conjures up the actor’s talent and digs deep into the text ‘till he knows the play as well as the playwright (as this playwright can attest). His uncanny genius is knowing how the actor and the play can work together like a Swiss watch. William Mastrosimone, playwright.
