This is a non-equity, volunteer position.

        * A video of you performing a 1 minute cut of a rock song. Singing from the show is encouraged. 
·      A video of you performing a 1-minute cut of a rock song. {Singing from the show is encouraged}
·      A copy of your theatrical resume. (Previous musical theater experience not required.)
·      A headshot (or recent photo).
 
Please include the following in the body of your email (even if it is on your resume):
·      Your name (as you prefer it to be billed) with pronouns.
·      Gender expressions you are comfortable portraying on stage.
·      Email address and phone number.
·      What role you are auditioning for.
·      Whether you are 18 or older.
·      If you play a musical instrument.
·      A sentence or two about your connection to this musical, queer rock, or any other inspiration or relationship you have to queer performance.
·      A list of all conflicts between September 22nd and November 21st.
 
Initial 1-minute submissions must be received by 9/15/21. Callbacks will take place on 9/17 and 9/18. {Day and Evening appointments will be made for 9/17 and Day appointments will be made for 9/18}. Callbacks will take place at Kent State University at Stark’s Mary J. Timken Theatre.
 
Rehearsals will begin 9/22/21.
