Mercury Theatre Company's nationally-recognized The Junior Company is proud to present Sister Act Jr.

Based on the hit 1992 film and the Tony-nominated Broadway musical, Sister Act Jr. is a feel-good musical comedy that features original music by Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Little Shop of Horrors). Filled with powerful gospel music, outrageous dancing, and a truly moving story, Sister Act Jr. is a sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship. Sister Act Jr. is a reason to rejoice!

About The Junior Company:
The Junior Company, now in its 6th year, is a nationally-recognized, pre-collegiate training program for students aged 6th through 12th grades, created to prepare students for a career in the performing arts. This audition-based program, led by the Mercury Theatre Company Artistic and Managing Directors, offers students the opportunity to both perform and develop their craft, while receiving instruction from a team of industry professionals. The Junior Company will be traveling to Atlanta in January to defend their titles as Best in Choreography and Best in Music at the iTheatrics Junior Theatre Festival.
