***Casting Call for Cinematic Animated Short: Voice Talent & Performance Capture Artist***



Voice and Performance Talent Needed for Cinematic Animated ShortNOTE: This is an animated project.


Invitation: Voice Talent and Performance Capture Artist (Motion Capture) 

Initial Virtual Audition: Electronic Submission (Resume, Links to Reel/Clips). 
If you do not have a reel, you can record a short age-appropriate monologue and send the file or link.
Voice Talent Roles Needed:
Voice Talent (V) and/or Performance Capture (PC) and Characteristics (Gender, Age (of Animated Character) and Characteristics (Race)):
NOTE: Ages are for Character Age Voice needed, not for actual Actor/Actress Age required.

Definitions: AA = African American/Black; BIPOC = Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; CA = Persons of European Descent, LATAM = Meso/Pan/Latin/Hispanic American


Performance Capture Artist: Artists will be required to wear a Motion Capture Helmet to track facial movements and possibly a Motion Capture Suit (no Stunts).  If you are auditioning for the Performance Capture role(s), please include a short video clip containing:   
   - Clip of physical movements i.e. Walking (ages 20, 30,40), body control, and an example conversation that conveys your ability to communicate without speaking
   - Height, Weight, and Size S, M, L, XL, etc. (for Motion Capture Suit)
   - Previous motion capture experience is not necessary.

Voice Talent (Outside of New York, Cleveland, Chicago)Remote Voice talent will use Source Connect: The real-time remote HD audio collaboration solution. Producer(s) will coordinate ensuring standards are met. 
Performance Talent (OnSet)COVID: Until further notice, all cast/crew (on location) must be fully vaccinated or test negative on a PCR COVID test (72-hour window) or a negative antigen test (24-hour window) prior to scheduled Principal Photography dates. Temperatures will be taken daily during principal photography. 

Compensation Details: Non-union. This is a paid opportunity.
