[NEohioPAL] Beck Announces NOISES OFF Auditions (10/29 & 10/30)

Beck Center for the Arts in Lakewood enthusiastically announces auditions
for our Spring 2023 production of the greatest farce of the 20th
century----Michael Frayn’s *NOISES OFF*.

In-Person Auditions will be by appointment on *Saturday, Oct. 29th* (Beginning
at 2:30PM) and *Sunday, Oct. 30th *(beginning at 4:30PM). You may procure
your appointment times by calling the Beck Center Box Office at 216-521-2540
during normal business hours.

Video submissions will also be accepted thru Sunday, Oct. 30th by 6PM. If
submitting via video, please include headshot and resume’ as well as a
comic monologue (Contemporary or Classical) no longer than 90 seconds.

If auditioning in person, a prepared monologue is desired and welcomed. In
lieu of a prepared monologue, however, there will be sides at the Open Call
for you to read.

*NOISES OFF* will appear in Beck Center’s main theatre…the Senney… and will
open on March 24th and close on April 16th. Rehearsals will likely begin
circa February 20th. The production is directed by Beck Center Artistic
Director Scott Spence

A cast of nine is required for this production. It is anticipated that Two
(2) Equity Contracts (SPT Tier 4) will be available. All roles are
compensated, and are also eligible to receive EMC (Equity Membership
Candidacy) points/weeks. Understudies may also be employed as part of this
process.
