[NEohioPAL] Cast/Crew Call for a Kent State University Senior Film Project

Hello! My name is Tori Johnson and I’m a senior DMP student at Kent State University working on my senior thesis project titled “The Other Father”. I’m currently looking for cast and crew! Below is information regarding the film and how to contact me if interested.

Synopsis: "The Blaires are just an average family going about their days like any other. Things have only ever been "normal" for them, until their father turns everything they know upside down. After coming home late from his new job one night, the once-kind Mr. Blaire begins to act very strange, and he has his eyes set on the rest of his family."

This will be a roughly 20-minute horror film. Shooting will take place in Akron and be unpaid. Food will be provided and transport can also be provided if needed. Rehearsal and shooting should take place March 20th-24th. This may be extended to March 26th if necessary but shouldn’t be more than a week’s time total.

Cast needed:
Sam: 20, male. Leader of the brothers. Often a parental figure for his younger brothers.

Derek: 18, male. Struggling with the pressures of life. Argumentative and stubborn.

Isaac: 18, male. Kind but naive. Easily manipulated due to his overly trusting nature.

Stuart: 40s, male. Father. His fatherly nature soon turns aggressive and violent.

Sarah: 40s, female. Mother. Tries her best to keep the family together and happy.

Crew needed:

Camera Operator
