Beck Center for the Arts seeks an experienced leader to join us in the role of President & CEO.


The President & CEO is accountable for providing leadership, strategic and tactical direction to fulfill Beck Center for the Arts' mission and vision and to uphold the values of the organization.  The President & CEO works closely with the Board of Directors and staff to evaluate and expand programs; engage the community; and establish objectives, policies and procedures that promote the achievement of Beck Center's strategic goals, ensuring the long-term capacity and viability of the organization.  A qualified candidate would have a master's degree or equivalent experience in a non-profit arts organization with 10+ years of senior executive level experience and evidence of the successful management of a complex, mission-driven organization.
