“The Bigfoot Letters” is a full-length comedic play that tells the story of
Sheila Hartman, a southern Ohio woman whose life is changed forever when
she accidentally hits a Bigfoot with her pick-up truck. After deciding to
raise its orphaned baby as her own, she contacts amateur Bigfoot
investigator Roger Korman for help. Soon, thanks to Sheila’s meddling
sister Stella, the local blow-hard pastor and the sheriff, they become
involved in a wild chase across the countryside. After a number of detours,
including a stop at the Quad-State Bigfoot Symposium and Renaissance Fair,
the main characters convene at Squirrelly Joe’s Freak Farm to determine the
ultimate fate of the infant creature.

Written by Nancy Nixon and Russel Stich, “The Bigfoot Letters” is an
uproarious, unpredictable adventure with characters that are literally
larger than life.

With a flexible cast of 11-18 actors and minimal set requirements, “The
Bigfoot Letters”, supplies non-stop laughs and touching moments amidst a
