      Synopsis

Based on the beloved Academy Award-winning film, this hilarious and 
heartwarming show brings your favorite ogre, donkey, and feisty princess 
to life on stage. Follow Shrek as he embarks on a quest to reclaim his 
swamp, encountering a motley crew of fairytale misfits along the way.


      Performance Dates

  * November 14 – December 14, 2025
  * Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 PM
  * Sundays at 2:00 PM (November 23, 30; December 7, 14)


      Audition Schedule

  * *Saturday, August 9th*: 12:00pm-4:00pm
  * *Sunday, August 10th*: 7:00pm-10:00pm
  * *Callbacks*: Sunday, August 17th, 6:30-10:00 PM

*IMPORTANT*: In-person auditions open to ages 16+ only


      What to Prepare

  * Headshot and resume (if available)
  * List of conflicts September-December
  * One song in show style, 32 bars or less (accompanist provided)
  * Dance auditions and script readings at callbacks


      Youth Auditions (Under 16)

Video submissions accepted for roles including Young Fiona, Young Shrek, 
Gingy, Pinocchio, and youth ensemble. Submit to: bizchris85 at gmail.com

      Featured Roles

  * *Shrek* (Male, 20s-40s): Our green hero with hidden layers
  * *Fiona* (Female, 20s-40s): Not your ordinary princess
  * *Donkey* (Any gender, 20s-40s): Optimistic chatterbox
  * *Lord Farquaad* (Male, 30s-50s): Comically short, ruthless ruler
  * *Dragon* (Female, 20s-40s): Imposing but tired guardian
  * Plus ensemble roles as fairytale creatures, guards, and townspeople


      Rehearsal Schedule

  * Begins September 22nd
  * Sunday-Thursday, 6:30-10:00 PM
