Ohio Star Theatre in Sugarcreek, Ohio is presenting another original
musical this year with *Elijah: Prophet of Fire*

ABOUT THE MUSICAL: From the creative team that brought you The Road to
Damascus, follow the journey of the incredible Elijah as he stands against
King Ahab and Queen Jezebel: the most wicked rulers of Israel. From the
miraculous provision with a widow to the fiery proclamation of Mount
Carmel, Elijah leads people from all walks of life towards the One True God
and the coming Savior promised to us all.  Experience the story of an
ordinary man climbing mountains of great faith to become God’s Prophet of
Fire.

LOCAL and ONLINE AUDITIONS: Ready to showcase your talent? Submit your
Online Audition now at https://dhgroup.com/auditions/   For guaranteed full
consideration, please submit by Friday Jan 23rd at 11:59pm, but materials
will be accepted until all roles are cast.

If selected, you'll have the opportunity for an in-person callback at the
Ohio Star Theater. This callback will take place on Sunday, February 1st,
2-6pm. (We will work individually with people who are called back who can’t
make it to Ohio Star on that date)

AUDITION DETAILS:

   Film an up-to-2-minute video with any combination songs, monologues, or
   other performance work you’d like to show us.

IMPORTANT INFO:

   -

   Salaries are $550 per week ($650 per week for commuting local actors).
   -

   Rehearsals begin on March 30th, 2025 and will take place during daytime
   hours.
   -

   Elijah: Prophet of Fire opens for 137 performances on May 15, 2026.
   -

   Closes on November 5th, 2026.
   -

   Up to 6 shows per week.
   -

   Housing provided if you travel over 50 miles.
   -

   One free buffet meal per day at Dutch Valley and Der Dutchman restaurants
   -

   Access to Hotel pool, hot tub, and exercise room.
   -

   Complimentary tickets for Elijah: Prophet of Fire.

   First priority to extend contract to end of year with our production of A
   Christmas Carol.
