You will also share the private, gated yard featuring fire pit, outdoor dining table and large barn-shaped garage which is used for meetings. Smoke-free home/garage. Western Lakewood street between Clifton and Detroit, so convenient for #26 and #55 bus. Street parking. All common areas may be used by all occupants. Your private room is not furnished and will be completely empty so it can also be used as an office. Garage can be used for classes you may offer! You'll be sharing with the owner, another housemate and a wonderful, well-behaved dog. The common areas of the home and garage are currently used for classes and workshops focused on holistic lifestyles. As a renter, you are not obligated to participate in any of these activities but are certainly welcome to do so! First month's rent and $400 security required.
