Beck Center for the Arts in Lakewood is pleased to announce AUDITIONS for our holiday production of "*Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat"* to be presented on the Senney Main Stage during the month of December. Audition dates and times are by appointment only. Please call the Beck Center Box Office during regular business hours to reserve your time for either: *Sunday, September 17th* {Appts available between 5PM and 8PM} *or* *Tuesday, September 19th *{Appts available between 6:30PM and 9PM} *Call the Beck patron services line at 216-521-2540 x10 for your appt.* Performances begin Friday December 1st and end Saturday, December 30th. Performance dates are mainly Fri/Sat/Sun with a few Thursdays as well. There are no performances Dec. 24/25/26/27, allowing for a window of time for performers to travel if they wish. Rehearsals begin approx. October 23rd. These auditions are for non-union performers as the two AEA contracts have been filled (Narrator: Tony Award nominee Mary Bridget Davies and Pharoah: NYC Actor and Beck Alum Jimmy Helms) ALL other roles are open including Joseph and all brothers, full female ensemble, Jacob, Potifar and Potifar's Wife. Understudies for Narrator and Pharoah will also be cast (within the Ensemble) Beck's production WILL use a Children's Chorus and auditions for those roles will be announced soon. *This* set of auditions (Sept 17th and 19th) are for performers 16 and older only please. All performers 18 years and older receive a stipend for their participation. *For auditions* please prepare a song ideally from the musical theatre repertoire which is no more than 90 seconds long. Dance calls will occur during callbacks.
