Great Lakes Theater (GLT), Idaho Shakespeare Festival (ISF) and Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival (LTSF), seek a Properties Lead. The Theatrical Properties Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of props design, construction, acquisition, maintenance, and coordination for theatrical productions. This key role involves working closely with directors, designers, and production teams to ensure that props enhance the storytelling and contribute to the overall success of the performance. Theatrical Properties Leads often work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the rehearsal and performance schedule. GLT is an indoor theater operating from Sept - May. ISF and LTSF are outdoor theaters operating from May - September. The role may involve physically demanding tasks, including heavy-lifting, and occasionally working in confined spaces or high heat.
